No browse button to find new add-ins

I am using Excel 2004 and want to inport an addin called Megastat.
But I can not figure out how to import this as the add in dialog box
does not let me search for anything from its list of add-ins.
What am i doing wrong?

What am i doing wrong?

Choose Tools/Add-ins... Click the Select button and navigate to your
add-in. Click Open, verify that your add-in is in the list with its
checkbox checked, and click OK.
