No business history

I changed the Business Contact form in BCM and now all he** has broken loose.
I cannot save a new Business Contact, and when I bring up a Business Contact
I get an error message saying it cannot perform the last function. I can get
past that, but then the pre-entered Contact has no business history.

any ideas? I did a repair, but it did not help.
