no cantacts visible after synching

Trying to set up a PalmPilot Treo to synch with Outlook 2K for the first
time. During installation of the Treo software, synching with Outlook was
chosen.

After what appears to be a successful synchronization, and I look in
Outlook, there are no contacts visible there (or in the Palm Desktop).

Any suggestions or fixes are appreciated.
