No Checkbox Problem

As I have read many others having the same problems.....but was there
ever a fix? Motorola Q WM5, xp machine, activesync 4.5. I see it
listed in options but no checkbox for syncing. Tried reinstalling ON,
activesync etc. and no luck. Just need a solution! thanks

update randomly a checkmark appeared...i didnt change anything and
ther eit is....now we're just "looking for changes..."
its been doing that a couple of minutes though....

one more update...now its "synced" but nothign is synced...when i type
new note on devcie or computer they dont sync

Thanks for the follow-ups.

Do you have a notebook in ON on your PC with the name "One Note Mobile"
and one section with the name of your mobile device?
Is it open?

Are the things in there synched to the Motorola?
