No code executing in 2007

I have a 2002 Access Db that works fine in 2002. When I open it in 2007 and
save it as a 2007 Db, no code behind any controls executes. I have tried
compiling and get no errors. I have also place a stop in my code and it just
does not run the code. If I use the properties window and go to the event
that is present, I am taken to the correct proceedure in the forms module. I
have even tried opening the original 2002 db in 2007 and again no code behind
any controls runs, including buttons.

What am I missing?

Any help is appreciated.

Your database must be signed or in a trusted location or reduce macro
security to low (not recommended IMHO) See

suspose that I was just brain dead.

It is different, and in the right configuation it won't even tell you that
it is blocking all code. Takes a little getting used to. Pete
