I have a new Fujitsu-Siemens desktop with Office 2003. During this "error
search", I have upgraded with all service packs etc, and the newest graphic
card drivers and display drivers. Microsoft Support was supposed to call me
after my description, but have not after 3 weeks (they suggested a new
reinstall of Windows XP which I consider the last resort). I have reinstalled
Office x2.
My problem:
In Powerpoint (and Excel), the presentation is in black and white. Although
I mark something red (in the colorscheme where I see all the colors) and the
scheme shows "red", the object/text is still black. It does not seem to have
grey scales either, just black or white.
The same goes with Excel cells/text, which can not be edited to other colors.
In Word, I can change colors in the text.
My screen can show all kinds of photos ect excellently, so I don´t consider
this a graphic card / screen problem, especially since all drivers are
upgraded.
This is getting very frustrating, and I have used both Excel and PP quite a
while, but can not seem to find the (easy?) solution.
Please help if possible,
