Hello,

How to enable contacts view under MS OutlookXP and 2003, under ms
outlook2000 when you create new msg you see all your exchange organization
and then you could scroll down and select contacts which pulls from your
personal created contacts. How to enable that view?

Thank you

I'm sorry but I can still use the method from Outlook 2000. What are you
missing?

It sounds like you might not have an Outlook Address book
created. With Outlook XP you can check by going to
Tools - Email Accounts - under Directory select the View
or change existing directories or address books - click
Next. Outlook Address Book should be listed. If not,
you can add it. If it is listed go the the properties of
your Contacts folder, on the Outlook Address Book tab
make sure there is a check mark in the box by Show this
folder as an e-mail Address Book.

I think you're trying to say that you want your Contacts to appear as an
Outlook Address Book. Open the Folder View and right-click on your Contacts
folder. Click "Properties". Click the "Outlook Address Book" tab and check
the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" box. Click "OK". You
should see an "Outlook Address Book" entry with "Contacts" beneath it when
you scroll down past the Global Address Book.
