No content in a form published in a Organizational Form Library

I have a problem with the content form for a specific receiver client.

All the users are in the same exchange organization. The users who send
the form use outlook 97 and 2000. Exist only one receiver, that use
outlook 2000.

The problem is that the receiver can´t view the form when the mail
with the form it's arrive to the receiver mailbox. Definitely it´s no
content form for the receiver mailbox.

The form it published in the organizational form library, and the
receiver user is the only with problems. I have installed SP3 for
Office 2000 in the receiver machine.

Anything ideas??

Best Regards,

Francisco.

Did the form designer create a read layout by clicking the Edit Read Page button?

Additional Information: when a mail with the form arrives at mailbox
of the receiver, this it does not show any content of the form. But
when forward this mail to the sender, the content of the form appears!

this it is a very rare problem...

Anything Ideas??

Thanks in advanced....

Is the sender internal to the organization or external?

You might want to try clearing that user's forms cache.

It can be that the code of the form is not completely compatible with
exchange 2003? The form was designed originally on exchange 5,5 (with
outlook 97 probably) I have reading that outlook 97 is not compatible
(or is not supported) with exchange 2003) This mutual incompatibility
can affect the good operation of the form?

Every version of Outlook can work with every version of Exchange (amazingly enough), but you'll get best performance with the matching version of each. The only significant version-related forms incompatibility I know of is that OUtlook 97 can't handle a customized first page of a contact form.

Since you have only one user with the problem, maybe you need to run Help | Detect and Repair on that user's machine? You could also try publishing the form with Outlook 2000; I'd test by publishing to a different message class.

Sue thanks for your recommendations. The form was really created with
Outlook 97, and published with Outlook 2003. In this publication some
characteristics were lost. The reading layout page of the form was in
target, thus I had to make all the design of reading of this, being
able to solve the original problem. Nevertheless I have another
problem: I cannot publish the redesigned form, with the Administrator
account. Attempt to publish the form with the profile of Outlook of
the Administrator of Exchange (and the dominion) and throws the
following errors to me:

- Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. You do
not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this
object. See the folder contact or your system administrator.

- Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. The form
cannot be installed because you do not have owner permissions.

The first error allows me equal to publish the form that already exists
in Organizational Forms Library.

The second error has relation with trying to publish the same form (but
with another name) which has some fields in READ ONLY state, without
allowing its publication.

I have review the permissions in the Organizational Forms Library and
the Administrator account has owner privileges .
Which he will be happening?
He will be that the initial owner of the form must publish the form in
Exchange?

Thanks again,
Greetings,
Francisco
