No Custom Dictionary was found

Outlook 2003 updated.

I receive "No Custom Dictionary was found" when trying to send emails. It's
annoying.

Hi Best,

This issue may occur because the custom dictionary file is not set correctly when Outlook is the e-mail editor. The custom dictionary file is
required for the spelling checker in Outlook.

Follow the steps below to see if it works.

1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing Tools\Custom Dictionaries

3. Set the value of CUSTOM.DIC to 1.
4. Exit Registry Editor.

Test the issue. What is the result?
