No custom dictionary

When I use spell check on an e-mail. I get a pop-up that
says 'No custom dictionary. Would you like to install?
Y/N'. So I click 'Yes'. Then I get an error message
that says 'An error occured while creating the custom
dictionary'. I click ok and it finishes the spell
check. How do I install the custom dictionary so this
message stops occuring??

You can add this in Word by Tools -> Options -> tab Grammar and Spelling
