My compliments to the MVPs working in this group. Your patience and
gracious help count for a lot.

I have Office 2000 SBE on Windows 2000. Originally I installed the SBE
"bits" and then subsequently uninstalled them. There is what appears to
be an SBE form left in the personal forms library. The help system tells
me I can delete it via Tools/Options/Other/Advanced, where there ought to
be a "Custom Forms" button. But that button is not there.

It's really not causing any problems - I am just a fiddly individual who
would like to tidy up this little matter. My thanks for any thoughts.

You are apparently using Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode, which does not display the forms management command. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/choosingmode.htm to help you decide whether it's worth the trouble to change modes.

What a shame. I just read that CW mode in Outlook 2000 doesn't support IMAP,
which is what I use. Ah well, can I then locate the actual file of the
custom form and simply delete it? Ot is that a real silly idea?

And apologies for not putting this question in the previous post - I'm
changing news readers and lost track on the way.

Peter.

Published forms are stored not as files but as hidden items in your mail folders. You can switch modes and back again if you really want to get to that dialog.
