Hello:
We have Exchange Server 5.5. We, also, use Web Outlook if we want to check
our e-mail from outside of the office.
One of our users cannot see his data in Web Oulook. What I mean is this.
He has appointments in his Calendar and mail in his Inbox. But, this data is
not showing for him in Web Outlook. This data is only showing in his
"regular" Outlook.
Now, if someone sends to him a new e-mail message, this e-mail does appear
for him in Web Outlook just as it appears in regular Outlook. It's just odd
that none of his regular and "old" data from Outlook appears in Web Outlook.
Any idea why and how to fix it?
He is using Windows XP and Outlook 2002. He is the only user experiencing
this issue.
