No data in "Manage Users" page

Nam

When I go to Resource Center, I can see and edit resource information without
problem.

But when I go to [Server Setting - Manage Users], I cannot see resource list
at all.

How can I see resource in "Manage Users" page?
Please help.

Nam --

Did you create your resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool in Project
Professional 2007? And if so, did you enter a Windows User Account for each
resource? If you failed to enter a Windows User Account for your resources,
Project Server 2007 will create your resources, but it will not create
corresponding User account in PWA for each of them. That would result in an
empty Manager Users page.

To determine if this is your problem, select any resource in the Resource
Center page and then click the Open button. The system will launch Project
Professional 2007 and then check out the resource for editing in the
Enterprise Resource Pool. Double-click the name of the resource to open the
Resource Information dialog for that resource. Look in the Windows Account
field. Do you see a Windows User ID there? If not, this is the source of
your problem.

Let us know what you find and we will try to help.

hi Nam,
in addition to Dales exellent post, I noticed that if you have a lot of
users ( cant actually remember how many), the "Manage User" page will remain
empty by default. You can still search for the users you are looking for. Try
the following to see if this is what you experience:
go to manage users
under the seach for user enter your own name and click the search button.
Project Server should return your user and you should be able to endit the
user then.
That should relove your issue
Hope this helps
