No debugger after Office 2000 SP3 update

I've been developing custom forms and use the Microsoft Script Editor
debugger extensively. However I have just applied Office SP3 and the
debugger no longer fires - even on a Stop statement.

I've found that I can't attach the debugger to running documents - no apps
appear in the Attach to Processes form

Can anyone suggest ideas?
