No delegates tab...

After I installed outlook 2003 pro there is no delegates tab in
tools/options. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you working with a Microsoft Exchange mailbox account?

If yes, select Tools > Options > Other tab > Addin Manager. Are there
checkboxes next to the 2 Exchange addins?

If yes, select Help > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled Items. Anything
here listed?
