"NO Duplicates"

Hi everyone,
I import to BCM with "NO Duplicates" selected & each time I try it, it
creates duplicates...
Am I missing something? has someone else encountered this problem? Any
solutions?

Hi,

Please ensure that the file that you are importing does not itself contain
any duplicate records. The Import functionality will only verify that the
record being imported does not already exist in your Business Contact Manager
database.

thank you for responding,

I verified that there are no duplicates, also there are only 10 contacts on
my list (because I wanted to test and make sure it works) but still if the
listing exists in the database I am importing to, it will import and create a
duplicate
