This feature worked fine in version 2003 but when I began using the same pst
file in 2007 I no longer get the "new mail envelope icon" in the sytem tray.
I've checked the show/hide features for the system tray and there is no
hiding of the notification set. I have a feeling it has something to do
with the rules that I have setup but they are the same rules I used in
v.2003 and it worked fine then. However when new mail does appear in the
Inbox and does not get moved by a rule the envelope still does not appear.
I've also checked the Outlook settings and the "envelope" feature is checked
off and active.
Any thoughts on why this feature does not seem to be working in v.2007?
