No extension/icon on downloaded ClipArt file

Hi!

This is more annoying than anything but maybe you can help me. I don't
remember when this started exactly, it was in the last year, but when
I download clipart from the Microsoft site I get a file with a generic
icon that says "clipart" with no extension. I have to add ".cil" and
then it works fine and imports into Clip Gallery. It used to download
with the proper icon and extension. Like I said, more annoying than
earth shattering. I'm using Office 2004 in OS 10.4.10
