No fax program on Vista

I note that there is no FAX program on VISTA. Why is this? Does Microsoft
have a Fax Program that can be added to Vista? This should be made clear to
purchasers. When you arbitrarily decide to remove a feature from a new
release of a program, the very least you can do is inform the user community
that you are doing it.

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be better off reposting to a newsgroup related to Vista. Note that
since Windows 7 is about to be released, you can hardly call Vista "a new
release"

While this is off-topic for this newsgroup, I note that my edition of Vista,
at least, does have a FAX program: "Windows Fax and Scan." I'm running
Vista Ultimate, so maybe it isn't included in all editions of Vista. Still,
you may want to double-check your system to make sure you don't have it.

You still need a fax modem anyway. Do you have one?

If it's still not in Start - All Programs, you might need to turn on the
feature in your control panel.
