No File Bar or Tool Bar,,,, No options

Hello can anyone help me.... I have microsoft office 2000
ANd all the programs work fine like excell, publisher,
accees, except for WORD. When I open up the program I
only get like a wordpad.. it contains no file bar, where
it gives me an option of file, view, edit.... it has no
tool bar nothing... How do i get back the file bar and
tool bar I've tried unistalling microsoft office and re
installing int but the problem still occurs. Please email
