No File name in "SAVE AS"

HELP!

When I update an excel file and go to save it with a new name using
"save as" the resulting window has no place for a file name.

Any suggestions?

The first person with a solution gets a lifetime pass to ALL of my
movies!!!!

Which version of XL? Which OS Version?
