No Fill is stuck

The "Fill Color" palette on my "Formatting" Toolbar is stuck in the "No
Fill" position. I can not display any colors for background shading of
cells. However the colors do appear in the print preview anaad do print
correctly. Ideas? Thanks!

The high contrast setting may be turned on. There's information in the

You're welcome, and you're right -- those letters are huge!

When I had the High Contrast setting turned on, one or two letters
filled the screen. Once you've turned this setting off, and reopen
Internet Explorer, the font size should be normal.
