No folders in Outlook

My PC died. I got a new one. Put old Hard Drive in new PC. Old Hard Drive
will not work as C Drive, it is G Drive. I reinstalled MS Office 2000,
including Outlook in new C Drive. I found my E-Mail PST Folder in G Drive and
copied it to C Drive. when I opened Outlook none of my Folders and E-Mails
are in Outlook. How do I get Folders and E-Mails from the PST file into
Outlook?

File - Open - Outlook Data File, point to the PST, copy the information.
