No Free/Busy Info after April 1, 2004

Exchange 5.5 SP4 on Windows 2000 SP4
Outlook 2003 / Outlook 2000

It seems that, on first glance, that users that have been upgraded to
Outlook 2003 can only see Free/Busy information up to 4/1/2004; after it is
all hash marks (no information).

My process is as follows:
I invite a random list of users to a meeting then check their Availability.
All users that have Outlook 2003 have "No Information" after 4/1/2004, and
all Pre-OL2K3 shows the information.

Any suggestions in troubleshooting this process?

This is probably due to the Free/Busy information publishing setting being
set to 2 (the default). To change this setting go to Tools - Options -
Calendar Options - Free/Busy Options.

Hope this helps.

I am having the same issues. The only difference is that for some
users I can get all the way to June or July of this year before they
all say "No Information" with the hashed lines next to everyone's
name.

I am thinking that we could possibly be looking at a rights issue
perhaps for the users who are hashed, or there has to be a setting. A
collegue stated that this was a design flaw, however came up with no
information to support that. I will let you know if I do find
anything.
