No Free/Busy info for some clients

Check first:
Do the users Free/Busy simply show a bunch of ///////? If
so they haven't created a meeting/appointment to publish
any Free/Busy. Have them create a dummy appointment and
set the "Show Time as" to busy and save the appointment.
Once the Free/Busy update interval finshes they should
publish their Free/Busy. You could also send a dummy
meeting request to the affected users and instruct them
to accept it and wait for the publishing interval to pass.

Check second:
If not above, try starting Outlook from Start - Run then
type
Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
This will reset their free/busy info.
