When looking at free/busy info I can only see slash marks
and nothing can be retrieved?
This is on Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000.

anyone know any good TechNet articals on this subject?

Two things to check:

1) Each user's free busy setting in Tools | Options | Calendar Options

2) That the user has the Exchange mailbox as the default information store,
not a .pst file.

Did that, looks like the user created the meeting using a Distrio list with users from the GAL
So the user can see the free/busy info but no one else can. They do not have the distro list installed on their machine

Does this make sense? or should the info be picked up from the GAL anyhow?
