No Free/Busy infomation could be retrieved

we are having MS Exchange 2003 server and in my group all members are using MS Outlook 2007. upto last 15 days back, while we are schduling meetings, we could have see the Free/Busy time of the attendees. but now it is not showing the details and it says

"No Free/Busy information could be retrived"

If anybody knows ehy this problem occur, please help me.
