When scheduling an appointment in Outlook 2003, I receive "No Information -
No free/busy information could be retrieved" when looking at other users'
schedules in the calendar portion of the appointment window. But, I can view
other users' calendars and schedules through File | Open | Other User's
Folder with no problems. We are running Exchange 2000 for our email server.
This issue appears to be operating system related, in that it only occurs
when running Windows 2000 professional and Windows XP professional. This
issue does not occur when running Windows 2003. Also, this issue does not
occur with Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002. Any insight would be much
appreciated. Thank you for your help.
