No free/busy information retrieved.

when I try to schedule a meeting and a add an attendee(s) all I get for free
/ busy are backslashes indicating no information (ie, \\\\\\\\\\)

when I go to a co-workers calendar and schedule a meeting I can see free /
busy times.

The exact error when I place my mouse over the \\\\\\\\\ is:
No Information
No free/busy information could be retrieved.

My problem is all my mailboxes are on the secondary server and I cannot
migrate to the primary server. Can anyone help me?
