No free/busy information shown in Calendar after a certain date

Hi all,

I am just wondering if anyone out there have encountered this weird problem
before and manage to resolved it...

Problem Description:
Server Environment - Exchange 2003 + 5.5
Public folder/resources reside in 5.5

Client Environment - Outlook 2k3

-User unable to view the free/busy information after a certian date "for
example 1st of April" though he has successfully booked the resource at that
date
-symptom : 1 black/white stripy line (no information)
-Problem seems to be intermittent

Workaround that i have attempted:
-log in the resource mailbox and run clean free/busy
-checked the free/busy display time and make sure its set to 12months
-recycled Event Services and force Directory update

unfortunately, all the attempts failed to solve the problem...

Please help!!!!!
