no hidden drop down menus

I'm sure this topic has been covered, but how can I get it so the drop
down menus in word open up completely? I hate having to click twice on
the menu, or that little P.O.S. on the bottom!

You know what, i found it.

For anyone out there with the same prob, just click on any toolbar in
Word, and then click options.
Then UNCHECK Menus show recently used commands first.

Solved my prob.
