like when someone has made their assitant a full delegate I get \\\\\\\ showing up in sheduling when I look on the original comptuer.
Does anyone know about his issue
or is this happening because I set something else someplace?

Check that user's free/busy publishing settings and make sure their default
calendar is in their Exhcange mailbox, not in a .pst file.
