No Information for a resource

Backround: Outlook2003, Exch 2003, Win Server 2003. I've set up several
resources as users. Logged in as each and set up the permissions for the
calendars. Set the Free/Busy to 6 mo. and update every 5 minutes. Set the
Resource schedule to accept meeting requests and decline conflicting
requests.
Problem: One of the user resources will not provide any information - just
shows the \\\\ (no information). I've double checked all the settings.
Still no info. I've deleted the account, created a new account and started
over. Still no info.

Any clues on how to fix this issue?

I should add that we recently moved the mailboxes from E2k and W2k to W2k3
and E2k3.

Have you ever created an item in its Calendar folder or invited it to a meeting? If not, try that.

I've tried to invite it to a meeting as the resource (it's a conference room)
but it will not provide any free/busy information - just the \\\\\. I went
ahead and booked the room and it did accept the schedule.

So, now, look and see if it has started reporting free/busy info.

-- yes, it has started reporting the schedule. I had someone else try to
book the resource as well. He was also able to see the schedule - he
couldn't before. I've read on the web where this happens, although
intermittently, when a mailbox is moved. All of our mailboxes were moved
recently, some more than once. Is there an easy method to check and verify
that all resource mailboxes are reporting their schedules properly. We have
several.

Simply set up a group schedule in your calendar folder and add all resource calendars to it. Once you invite each to a meeting, that should update the free/busy data on the new server.
