No Information - Free / Busy

when I try to schedule a meeting and a add an attendee(s) all I get for free
/ busy are backslashes indicating no information (ie, \\\\\\\\\\)

when I go to a co-workers calendar and schedule a meeting I can see free /
busy times.

The exact error when I place my mouse over the \\\\\\\\\ is:
No Information
No free/busy information could be retrieved.

Please advise. I know it works for other people here but not working for
me. Outlook 2003 SP1. This is not Internet Free Busy service. Thanks.

I has this problem with a select group of users. The problem users were
on a secondary exchange server and could not see the free busy data.
This was caused because the Schedule+Free/Busy-Data Public Folder was
not being replicated to the secondary Exchange server. Once I
replicated the Scedule+free/busydata folder to the primary server, the
other users were able to see the data. It took about 15 minutes to
replicate.
This Public Folder was replicated via the Exchange System Manager
