no information in attendee availabity

Greetings. We have approximately 15 users using Outlook 2003. Everything
works fine, except one user who cannot see other users Free/Busy information
when setting up a new appointment. She can open other users calendars (via
File->Open), but she can't see the information when setting up a meeting.

I'm sure its some sort of configuration problem, but I can't seem to
identify any differences between her setup and everyone else's setup. Does
anyone have any suggestions?
