Sometimes when I open one note I get no response to my keyboard or mouse. No
words come up on the screen. The only exception is I can type in the help box
and get a reply. Sometimes this only occurs when I am using certain pages but
is perfectly fine for other pages. The first time I experienced this problem
was the first time I opened it after installation. Yes, I have tried
reinstalling but that doesn't help. Can anyone tell me what to do?

In a typical install of OneNote, your folder directory is saved in "My
Documents" > "My Notebook"

Close OneNote out completely. quit the icon, too, I think.
Go into "My Documents"
Rename your folder to "My Notebook.bad"
Now go and open the program OneNote again and it will create a fresh set of
default tabs and sections.

Do you still have the same problem with these pages, or is the problem gone?
