I have a new PC from Dell with MS office Pro that has
publisher,word,excel,access,powerpoint,Money, I can not
use any of them. I called Dell and of course they could
not help. They said to comtact MS. I have no key, 25
number. I have the white paper sleve with a bar code, US-
08P472-60210-36C-F202 and it will not work. Dell said
that is the key code.So as you can see I can't use it
with out the right key

1) No version of Office - either OEM, VL or retail contains MS Money -
however the Standard version is included in the Works Suite - are you *SURE*
you have Office and not Works?

2) Your only recourse is to pursue this with Dell as Microsoft do not,
will not and cannot assist with OEM installations of any of their products -
the onus is on Dell to provide you with all support - including replacement
keys and media.

Do you have a tag, on the side of desktop or bottom of lab top, that has the
key? All my Dell computers have this - it's a place that you are not likely
to misplace.

The key stuck to the chassis is for WINDOWS, *not* Office.

Well you won't get any - I will repeat (at the risk of sounding like a
broken record) Microsoft do not, cannot and will not provide support for OEM
installations. I have spoken to Dell TS myself several times and I've never
spoken to someone in India who cannot speak English. But that's irrelevant,
you may receive support from MS on a paid contract, but you do *NOT* qualify
for free support - read the EULA that was included with the system.

Here is the relevant paragraph if you cannot find it...

"7. PRODUCT SUPPORT. PRODUCT SUPPORT FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS NOT
PROVIDED BY MS, MICROSOFT CORPORATION, OR THEIR AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARIES.
FOR PRODUCT SUPPORT, PLEASE REFER TO MANUFACTURER'S SUPPORT NUMBER PROVIDED
IN THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE HARDWARE. SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS
CONCERNING THIS EULA, OR IF YOU DESIRE TO CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR ANY OTHER
REASON, PLEASE REFER TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE
HARDWARE."

So, as I stated before, Dell, being the manufacturer, is responsible for all
support. If they won't assist you, you're buggered basically.
