no Label option

You know how you can right click on an appt & change the
color of the appt? I don't have that option now. How do I
get it back? I've looked at the website and help menu &
sometimes it talks about the formatting toolbar while in
the calendar view, but it's not listed in Toolbars.I just
see Standard, Advanced, Web, Custom (I've tried playing in
Custom).
Ideas? I'm using Outlook 2000, SP3.

Outlook 2000 didn't have a Label option. That option was introduced in
Outlook 2002.
