No labels

Can anyone tell me how to turn on the labeling feature in
the calendar? When I first installed the program it ran
fine, when I imported my old .pst file all the label
options are grayed out. I've used outlook help but it
still does not make the colors available when you view
the meetings from the calendar setting, or is there a
patch that needs to be downloaded?
