No License on machine

My hard disk had to be replaced on my laptop. I have a my
official "Office XP" program disks. The company that
installed my hard drive also reinstalled Office XP. The
Word, Excel & Power Point programs work fine, however,
when I click on the Access icon I get the
message "Microsoft Access can't start because there is no
license for it on this machine".

How can I fix this problem. I use Access all day long at
work and I need it asap! I would appreciate any help you
can offer.
