I am trying to follow these Microsoft help steps for limiting large files from being downloaded during a Send/Receive operation. Unfortunately, I don't see the "Limit Message Size" button, in the last step attached below. Does anyone know why?
Here are the steps to follow
On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.
In the list, click the group that includes the account you want, and then click Edit.
Under Accounts, click the account you want.
In the list, select each folder you want to specify limits for, and for each folder, continue this procedure with step 5. POP3 accounts only contain an Inbox folder on the server.
Do one of the following:
If you are using Exchange Serve
Click Limit Message Size.
Under Message size limit, select the Don't download messages larger than x KB check box, and then enter a number in the box.
