No linked forms ability in wizard

Thanks to all of you who helped me with my subform/linked
forms problems. I have just discovered that there is no
linked form button. ie the wizard goes straight to "What
layout would you like for your form? No "How would you
like to view your data?" Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!
