no longer able to view icons in e-mail signature

Hello:

I am no longer able to view "graphics" in my e-mail signature when I create
a New e-mail message.

I used a spybot type program over the weekend to get rid of virus-laden
files (sort of) and the program removed my "Hotbar" program that I installed
a long time ago.

I have tried reinstalling Hotbar but my machine will not let me.

Anyway, the point is that I need to have my graphics appear with my e-mail
signature that I send out.

How can I get these graphics back?

I adjusted my security settings, but doing so changed nothing.
