No Macro, but spreadsheet there is one

When I open this particular spreadsheet, it tells me I
have a macro in there somewhere. I looked under tools,
macros and looked, but there are none there. I
checked "edit" for any links that may be attached.. but
there are none. Is there someplace else to look? How
can I remove this "popup" from appearing.

Try Alt F11

Double click all sheets, then look for VB code in one of the worksheets or
ThisWorkbook event procedures.

All open all modules in any exist and look for marcos there.

Thanks Dale, There was a module1 on one of the sheets.
I removed it.. and away went the macro notification..
