No Message in Manage Data Collection Messages?

I am trying to set up the e-mail data collection option in Access 2007 but
get a message telling me that it can not open Outlook 2007 because it may not
be setup correctly (after clicking the Create E-mail button). Outlook is
working fine delivering my e-mail from Hot Mail. I am also not seeing a
Message to choose from in the Manage Data Collection Messages. What's up? Can
anybody help?

Hotmail does not use MAPI or SMTP, so the protocols may not match. Try
sending from a computer that uses a POP3 incoming and an SMTP outgoing
server.

Got any suggestion how I can do this from home? I am curently unemployed. Are
their any freebee servers out there using SMTP???

Your ISP probably has a way of giving you an email account. Most do. You can
use Outlook Express or Windows Mail as a free email client, and your ISP
should be able to walk you through the set up.
