no more possible to connect to my hotmail account

I'm writing for a friend, she's 67 and very new on a computer (1 year), she
forgot her
password for Homail, and also her secret question and answer, it seems very
complicated
to reactivate the account, is it better to simply open a new account or is
there another solution ?

You're asking in wrong place, this forum is for access databases.

But

Hotmails are free so just create a new account - it's "very" difficult to
get your hotmail password if you have forgoten all the answers you gave when
you created the account.
