No MS Office disk

I do not have my small office tools disk that I
origionally loaded my computer with outlook from. When I
try to use my import export tool to save my contacts
folder as a CSV file I am directed to use the disk to
install the tool and I am un able to because I misplaced
the disk.

Is there a way to circumvent this issue or will I be
forced to manually transfer each of my contacts by hand?

You must install that features from the Office installation disk.
