No notice of new meeting

After renaming a user's account to reflect her married
name, she is no longer receiving notification to accept or
decline a meeting request. It just posts to her calendar
without any user intervention. I should also mention that
the "Automatically accept meeting request" option box is
not checked in Resource Scheduling. Licensing shows that
she is still using the Exchange license on her old name
and the Windows Server license under her new name.
