No one can see the html

I created a drawing, saved as html, it has links to other html files with in.
I can view and see all of the links just fine. Everyone I send it to can not,
they get the error page - "The page cannot be displayed".

Some times, if the Folder settings are incorrect this may happen.

Try opening ANY folder and go to Tools-Folder Options-View

And look for the "Managing Pairs Of Web Pages and Folders" Section.

Make sure "Show and manage the pair as a single file" is marked and apply
and say OK to close.

Also, sometimes when the HTML files are copied by dragging, ONLY A SHORTCUT
IS CREATED and the files are not copied. Ensure the files are copied and
physically attached. I normally highlight both the HTML page and the folder
and zip them up together.
