No outbound mail

I have one Entourage user that can't send external mail.
She's able to send internal mail and can receive external
mail, but can't reply or send externally. She is using an
IMAP4 connection to our Exchange 2000 server. The messages
will sit in th outbox and retry with the following
message:A Message in your Outbox could not be sent using
account "username." The server did not recognize the
recipients or the server refuses to allow you to send
mail. Explaination: 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
(e-mail address removed). Error 5550

I was able to set up an SMTP relay for this one user,
which seems to have fixed the problem.
